“ Never knew that this new nook will surprise and elevate our expectation in our trip to Baler. It has all the kind of food we normally have during dinner esp pad thai, lemon pepper chicken wings and japanese curry katsu! They share the front lot with Kubli Resto so you'll need to pass thru it and enter the rightmost door then hike the ladder to enter the place. Wasn't able to take a pic of the chicken wings because I absentmindedly munched on those after arriving at our table. We got in the place on a Saturday night where there's a gig playing, so we quite enjoyed the ambiance further. And oh, their coffee tastes good too! ”
“ Great place tucked away in an inviting alley way. The Otto Burger was so good! I will definitely revisit here every trip to Baler ”
“ If you’re looking for a hearty meal with delicous fusion flare. This is our go to spot whenever our guests here in Baler craves for a tasty grub. ”
“ Having visited Baler during the lull days of Monday and Tuesday, Sabang Beach area was a bit sleepy and most other restaurants were closed. Good thing Gagay’s, which we realized is relatively new to the budding food scene in Baler, was open. We had our lunch fix for reasonable prices. There was really nothing special with the food, but they were not bad either. Overall, I’d recommend this for when you are craving for your go-to comfort food while in Baler. ”
“ We ordered the Chicken Katsu Rice and Chicken Katsu Burger, both tastes the identical. Food is good, but nothing special. The drinks, however, were very enjoyable. We had the Banana Peanut Butter and Strawberry & Banana Smoothies; both perfect for a hot summer day. Ambience is very cozy, i like the interior of the restaurant. ”
“ I saw this place while searching for restaurants to eat at while in Baler. We ordered Gagay’s Overload (Chicken Katsu and Kimchi Fried Rice) and the Spicy Chicken Katsu Curry, both of which screamed comfort food. We also tried their smoothies, mango and banana peanut butter, but the latter tasted more like coconut jam. Not that I am complaining. ”
“ The food here is delicious and definitely worth trying. The prices are quite reasonable, typically ranging from ₱170 to ₱300, which is fair considering the quality and taste. What really stood out to me was the generous serving size—each dish is well-portioned and satisfying. Overall, it's a great spot if you're looking for good value for money without compromising on flavor or portion size. ”
